The basics
What is Winfall?
Winfall is a deal-flow command center for creator partnerships. Brands search a database of 30M+ creators and get shortlists scored for fit, with the reasons written out. Creators build a profile once and get matched to offers that suit their audience. AI does the research in between; people make the decisions.
Is Winfall an agency or a marketplace?
Neither. Winfall is research software with a payments rail attached. We do not take a cut of your creativity or manage relationships for you. Brands pay a subscription for research; creators start free. When deals run through the platform, payouts go straight to the creator.
Does the AI contact anyone on my behalf?
No. Winfall never sends a message, spends money, or closes a deal on its own. Research ends with you: you see the shortlist, you reveal the contacts you choose, and you run the outreach. As outreach tooling ships, that rule holds: every send requires a human approval.
For brands
How does creator search work?
Describe the creator you want in plain words, typed or spoken. Winfall searches a database of 30M+ creators, pulls their channel and audience data, and ranks candidates against your brand with reasons attached. Sourcing covers YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok; sponsorship history (which brands a creator has already worked with) currently covers YouTube and Instagram only.
What does a fit score mean?
A fit score is a ranked judgment with its work shown: what the creator makes, who watches them, and why that does or does not match your brand. Every score comes with readable reasons, so you judge the evidence instead of trusting a bare number. The standard we build every scoring surface toward: anything not analyzed gets labeled as not analyzed, never padded into the score.
How does Winfall handle risk and controversy?
Citations only, as a hard rule. Wherever Winfall’s research touches a person’s history or reputation, it shows you the source link and the exact quote; Winfall never authors an accusation about a person. Dedicated risk and controversy screening is coming, and it will follow the same rule: cited sources only, with a clean result reported as a dated “nothing found” rather than a blank.
What are credits?
Credits are Winfall’s metering unit for research that costs real money to run. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance (150 on Brand Starter, 600 on Brand Pro), and you can top up any time. Metered research (searches, profile reads, contact reveals, and briefs) draws down your balance, and each action shows its credit cost before you run it. Fair-use daily limits still apply.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits carry forward, up to a balance cap of two months’ worth of your plan’s allowance. Credits are never redeemable for cash.
For creators
Is Winfall free for creators?
Yes, free to start with no card required: a profile built from a short interview, matched offers, attribution links, and payouts to your bank. Paid tiers add a monthly allowance of research credits. Metered research, like briefs on the brands you want to pitch, draws from that allowance, with the cost shown before each run.
How do I get paid?
Deals that run through Winfall pay out through Stripe directly to your bank account. Attribution links track every click and conversion, so you can see what your promotion earned.
Where does my creator data come from?
From public sources: what you publish on your channels, plus licensed creator-data providers that compile public platform information. If anything in your profile is wrong, write to privacy@winfall.ai and we will correct or remove it.
Billing
How does billing work?
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe: $99 or $299 for brands, and $0, $19, $59, or $199 for creators. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in your account. Your plan stays active through the period you already paid for, and there are no retainers or lock-ins.
